Megaahub mission is to send you quality plants, products with reasonable prices. We checked and verified each product very carefully before despatch to make sure it’s in best condition. We also do our packaging best so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way.

However, if you do have a problem, here is what to do:

Conditions for return:
▪ The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
▪ Returns for Plants and Pots category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective plants, products. Refund will be provided   only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
▪ The refund will be done (if needed) within 10-12 working days.
▪ Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product just after unboxing of the said plant or product or maximum within 12-20 hours of delivery.
▪ If any buyer complains about refund or replacement of plant due to damaged/defective plant, product the buyer most provide the real image and a short video of the received plant, product just after unboxing of the plant, product or within 12-20 hours.
▪ Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
▪ Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
▪ It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that
there is no damage of goods in transit.se notify us with accompanying images within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly process a refund or arrange for a replacement.
